“Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that has his quiver full of them…” (Psalms 127: 3-5) 

 

Goal: The goal of the Young Adult and Youth Ministry is to lead our youth into a brighter and fulfilling future in God and today's society. 

 

We accomplish this by teaching spiritual and life skills. We believe that equally teaching these skills will help prepare our young men and women to be victorious adults in society.

We participate in studying God's word in Bible Study on Tuesday nights and every Sunday morning. Our curriculum involves studying God's word, open discussions, giving biblical homework, quizzes and other methods to get God's word across effectively.

Once monthly, we host a Youth Night where we teach money management, home economic skills, and job training, just to name a few. This is an attempt to provide our young people with a variety of different experiences they may not otherwise have, we accomplish this by taking the youth on outings, such as, feeding the homeless, fellowshipping with other youth groups, cultural events, museums, concerts, and sporting events, among other activities.
